Serra GB National Council is the British arm of Serra International a lay apostolate within the Roman Catholic Church, Serra GB is Under the patronage of the His Eminence Most Reverend Vincent Cardinal Nichols of Westminster and the Most Reverend William Nolan Archbishop of Glasgow.  Districts and clubs are governed by the National Council of Serra Great Britain.

Serra’s National and District structures assist a Club in functioning as efficiently as possible in the local community. Each Serra Club is governed by a Board of Trustees.
